Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass.
What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund you must contact us directly within 48 hours of your tour. Any time after that we will charge a $25 cancellation fee per person and it will take up to two weeks to refund the remaining balance, but we will work with you to reschedule. You must actually cancel the tour. You must contact us by phone to change your tour time or cancel. We do not accept cancelations or changes by email.
What if we dont show up for the tour?
No show, no refund. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go it is not fair to us to have to refund your money.
